1. Cancellation Policy

    Customers may request a cancellation of services under the following conditions:
  • The cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the order confirmation or service commencement.
  • The service has not yet been delivered or initiated.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellations can be requested before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests should be made in writing via email to support@huewine.com. Please include your order details and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

    Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made before the service has commenced.
  • Partial refunds may be considered for work that has already started but not completed. The refund amount will depend on the percentage of work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services or custom software development projects once delivered.
  • Subscription services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

3. Exceptions

    Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
  • Services purchased during a promotional or discounted period.
  • Failure to provide necessary inputs or delays caused by the client.
  • Unrealistic or unsupported claims for refunds.

4. Processing Time
.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
